The transceiver ER 846A8D ensures the GROUND/AIR communications in the frequency range 118-143.975MHz in amplitude modulation A3E. It is equipped with a frequency synthesizer (steps of 25kHz or 8.33kHz) and complies with the standards ETSI and ICAO.
Associated with integration kits, it can equip vehicles or be used in a portable version.
Integrated in the cabinets ST 9813 or TR 846, it gives a very simple solution of "turnkey" operation for normal or standby use in control towers.
