The receiver RY 918 is designed to meet the aeronautical radio-communication needs in amplitude modulation, with channel spacing of 25kHz and 12.5kHz, and offers an optimum protection against spurious frequencies.

Any frequency in the range 225-400 MHz can be selected, either locally through a keyboard, or remotely by means of a remote control unit.
