The receiver RY 908 is designed to meet the aeronautical radio-communication needs in amplitude modulation, with frequency spacing of 25kHz, 12.5kHz and 8.33kHz and a maximum protection against spurious frequencies.

It permits the selection of any frequency in the range 118-144 MHz, locally through a keyboard, or remotely with a remote control unit.
