The EM9000-2G transmitter is functionally and physically compatible with the EM9000. It has been developped for aeronautical communications in the VHF band. The 2G transmitter covers Voice in 25kHz and 8.33 kHz channel spacing and Data communications (ACARS, VDL2...).
In addition the 2G transmitter supports SNMP protocol and VoIP.
