Our radiocommunication expertise and services

Our R&D department is one of the driving forces of TELERAD. It allows the company to always have been among leaders in the aeronautical and maritime communications sector. All equipments produced and marketed by TELERAD, from the first Transmitter/Receiver station intended for the merchant navy in the 1950s to the latest equipments intended for new VoIP technologies in the ATC field, were designed by our R&D team at TELERAD.

 

The R&D department deploys its skills in analogue and digital areas of expertise in Transmitting and Receiving radio frequencies, microcontrollers and FGPAs, digital signal processing, real-time embedded operating systems, Voice over IP (VoIP)…

Project management, from the definition of the architecture to the delivery of turnkey projects

Telerad makes its know-how and experience available to its customers, from the definition of the architectural specifications to the turnkey delivery of complex radio projects. Our achievements are aimed at airports, control centres, extended range antennas, coastal stations, etc. requiring the integration of different equipments and the management of multiple suppliers :

RF (Radio Frequency) system engineering

At the first steps of a project, it is often essential in order to define and design a radio system, to carry out an RF coverage study.
