The safety of air traffic control (ATC) is the top priority. Technical means with higher performance must be introduced. In order to face these constraints, the quality of aeronautical telecommunications is of utmost importance. To meet these needs TELERAD has developed a complete range of products.
In addition to VHF and UHF radio systems, the offer extends to Navigation Aid Systems as Non Directional Beacons or Directional Finders, VHF Data Broadcast for Differential landing systems (GBAS - Ground Based Augmentation Systems).

TELERAD in France and worldwide
FRANCE
TELERAD awarded contract of radios supply and maintenance support for the French Civil Aviation Authority and thus becomes the first radio manufacturer to deploy IP radios on a large-scale operational VoIP network.
USA
TELERAD VoIP radios were selected by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). TELERAD, partner of General Dynamics, won the Nexcom segment 2 contract with its CM300 / 350 radios.
AFRICA
TELERAD has been selected by ASECNA, Agency for Air Navigation Safety in Africa and Madagascar, to provide ground-to-air radios in more than 17 African countries.
SWITZERLAND
The air navigation service provider Skyguide has chosen TELERAD Series 9000-2G software radios for the entire Switzerland coverage. Skyguide works on behalf of the Swiss Confederation and ensures security throughout Swiss airspace. Its task is to manage both civil and military air traffic. Radio coverage is provided from 26 sites and using more than 600 radios. This choice strengthens the partnership relationship of more than twenty years between Skyguide and TELERAD.
