Employee onboarding process

We take care in onboarding our employees into the company. To do this, we build tailor-made support for each new employee to best accompany them in taking up a position.


According to the job position, the new comer will have the opportunity to meet their future colleagues, benefit from trainings and be accompanied by a tutor.

Professional equality

In view of the indicators defined by the Ministry of Labor, TELERAD is not able to calculate the final result out of 100 points of the gender equality index for the year 2023 for the 2022 data.


The results of the various TELERAD indicators are as follows:


- Pay gap indicator: incalculable indicator (valid group size less than 40% of the workforce),


- Indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases: TELERAD obtained 35/35 points,


- Indicator relating to the % of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: incalculable indicator (no returns from maternity leave),


- Indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 employees with the highest salaries: TELERAD obtained 0/10 points.


TELERAD obtained an overall score of 35/45 points.


Nevertheless, our deployment efforts in the area of professional equality are continuing.
