Poste-depannageRepair services at TELERAD premises guarantee troubleshooting through repair or standard exchange of TELERAD faulty equipment. Systematic preventive control on some equipment (RF stages of transmitters…) are done so as to keep optimum adjustments and to minimize risks of failure.

After each intervention, a technical file indicating the effective repair is drawn up.

The performed repairs may be the object of a quarterly report.

Return of equipment to the Customer logistics center or operational sites, is managed by TELERAD. A delivery bill is provided. TELERAD takes the responsibility of shipment and packing.

Repairs are performed either on a quotation or on a set price.
